The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has approved the continuation of its Renewable Energy Research and Technology Development (RE-RTD) program from the financial year (FY) 2027 through FY 2031, with a total outlay of ₹4.37 billion (~$45.3 million).
