Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation (GETCO) has invited bids to appoint a project management consultant for an automatic generation control (AGC)-enabled 5 MW/2.5 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) pilot project in Vadodara, Gujarat.The tender is being floated on behalf of the State Load Despatch Center (SLDC).

KIS Group, Paras Dairy to Invest ₹10 Billion to Set Up 10 BioCNG Plants

Clean technology company KIS Group and Paras Dairy have announced that they would set up 10 BioCNG plants with an estimated investment of ₹10 billion (~$105.14 million). The plants will be developed in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, and are expected to be operationalized by 2029. Under the partnership, KIS Group will be responsible for technology, construction, and operation of the plants, while Paras Dairy will handle feedstock arrangements, land, and approvals. The two companies will form a joint venture for the proposed plants.
