Bondada Engineering, a Hyderabad-based engineering, procurement, and construction company, has secured multiple orders worth ₹1.25 billion (~$13.22 million) for a 75 MW solar project in Gujarat.
The contracts have been awarded by Adani Green Energy, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, and Ambuja Cements.
The orders involve the supply of goods and onsite services for balance-of-system components for a solar power project in Khavda, Kutch.
The company said the orders are to be completed within three months of receipt.
The scope includes the supply of balance-of-system components, which comprise electrical infrastructure such as inverters, cabling, mounting structures, and related systems required to support solar generation.
Following these orders, Bondada Engineering said its cumulative executed capacity for the Adani Group has reached 725 MW.
The company commissioned around 800 MW of renewable energy capacity in the financial year 2025, taking its cumulative installed capacity to 1.3 GW.
Bondada Engineering said it currently has nearly 2 GW of solar projects under execution across multiple states.
It is also executing a 200 MWh battery energy storage project for Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation, along with additional 100 MWh and 400 MWh storage-linked orders.
The company said it has entered the energy storage segment. Its current order book includes 500 MWh of storage capacity, equivalent to about 250 MW of two-hour systems.
Earlier this year, Bondada Engineering commissioned 120.46 MW of solar projects in December 2025 for Paradigm IT, Maharashtra State Power Generation Company, and NLC India.
Last December, the company secured an engineering, procurement, and construction order from NLC India Renewables for balance-of-systems works to set up 810 MW of solar projects at the Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam’s solar park in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
In October 2025, Bondada Engineering secured a contract to develop a 2 GW solar project in Andhra Pradesh under the state’s Integrated Clean Energy Policy.
