<p>The National Institute of Solar Energy (<a href="https://nise.res.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NISE</a>), an autonomous body formed under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), has issued a tender for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of data acquisition systems for the performance monitoring of solar PV systems at 40 sites located in NISE Campus, Gurugram, and Chandigarh City.</p>
<p>The successful bidder will also assume total responsibility for the fault-free operation of equipment and maintenance during the warranty period of 5 years.</p>
<p>Pre-bid meeting will take place on July 27, 2018. Last date for the bid submission is August 7, 2018.</p>
<p>The bid will be valid for 120 days from the date of technical bid opening and an earnest money deposit of ₹25,000 (~$362.14) is required.</p>
<p>The bidders are required to submit the details of at least five previous clients to whom similar equipment have been supplied, installed, commissioned and maintained for at least a period of 6 months. A satisfactory performance report or certificate from such customers is also needed.</p>
<p>The bidder should be from reputed information technology solution providers and suppliers of data acquisition system or monitoring solution providers having a turnover of not less than ₹20 million (~$0.29 million) in the last three financial years.</p>
<p>The bidder should have provided monitoring services for at least 500 MW of solar PV systems for both rooftop projects and ground mounted projects.</p>
<p>The equipment must be of the most recent models, incorporating the latest improvements in design and RoHS, CE, ISO certified.</p>
<p>Earlier, <a href="https://mercomindia.com/nise-tender-ignitability-test-facility/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Mercom reported</a> that NISE issued a tender to set up ignitability test facilities for solar photovoltaic (PV) modules per IEC 61730-2:2016 (MST 24) at its premises in Gurugram, Haryana.</p>
