The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) tendered an 8 MW (DC) grid-connected rooftop solar project on behalf of Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. The bid-submission deadline is July 28, 2017.

The project will be developed on the premises of Banaras Hindu University and the scope of work includes, design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of the project.

The successful bidder will also provide operation and maintenance (O&M) services for a five-year period.
