Saatvik Secures Orders Worth ₹5 Billion for Supplying Solar Modules

Haryana-based solar module manufacturer Saatvik Green Energy’s material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries, has secured orders worth approximately ₹5 billion (~$55.87 million) over the past month to supply high-efficiency solar modules to undisclosed customers in the independent power producer (IPP) and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) segments.

The total contract value comprises three orders, worth ₹1.77 billion (~$20.04 million), ₹3 billion (~$33.8 million), and ₹180 million (~$2.03 million).

The company is expected to complete the order worth ₹3 billion (~$33.8 million) between December 2025 and March 2026, and the order worth ₹180 million (~$2.03 million) by December 2025.

As of June 30, 2025, the company has a module capacity of approximately 3.8 GW with an additional 1 GW under expansion at Ambala, Haryana. It is also developing a greenfield facility in Odisha with 4 GW solar modules and 4.8 GW cell manufacturing capacity.

In October 2025, Saatvik received orders worth approximately ₹6.9 billion (~$78.05 million) to supply high-efficiency solar modules to undisclosed Indian IPPs and EPC contractors. It received the orders in two sets.

One set of orders is worth ₹506.2 million (~$5.73 million) received by Saatvik Green Energy. This will be completed by November 2025. The second, worth ₹6.39 billion (~$72.34 million), was received by Saatvik Solar Industries. This is to be executed by June 2026.

In the same month, Saatvik Green Energy received orders worth approximately ₹7.07 billion (~$79.62 million) to supply solar modules to undisclosed IPPs and EPC contractors.

In June 2025, Saatvik Solar Industries commenced construction of its solar cell and module manufacturing facility in Odisha. The facility will have the capacity to manufacture 4.8 GW of solar cells and 4 GW of solar modules. Saatvik Green Energy emerged as one of the top leading Indian module suppliers in 2024, according to Mercom’s India Solar Market Leaderboard 2025.
