The Military Engineering Services (MES) tendered a 2 MW solar project to be developed at the College of Military Engineering (CME) Pune. The bid-submission deadline is July 6, 2017.

The estimated project cost is Rs.140 million (~$2.17 million). The scope of work includes, design, supply, engineering, procurement, erection, testing, installation, and commissioning of the project.

Mercom previously reported in June that the MES tendered 6 MW of solar to be developed at various military stations in Punjab.
