The Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) has dismissed a petition challenging the levy of 15% supervision charges and a ₹100,000 (~$1,033) connectivity fee on a 1 MW solar project developed under the state’s Small Scale Distributed Solar Projects (SSDSP) policy.
