Dadra Nagar Haveli Floats O&M Tender for 14.3 MW Solar Projects

Dadra Nagar Haveli Daman and Diu Power Distribution Corporation (DNHDDPCL) has issued a tender for the annual operation and maintenance (O&M) of ground-mounted solar projects with a cumulative installed capacity of 14.3 MW across the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu.
The solar installations are located in Silvassa, Daman, and Diu, with capacities ranging from 200 kW to 6,000 kW. These projects are connected to the UT transmission network at 220 kV and 66 kV, which is managed by DNHDDPCL.
Bids must be submitted by February 20, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day.
The estimated value of the project is ₹22.3 million (~$245,884).
Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of ₹446,200 (~$4,920) and a tender fee of ₹1,770 (~$19.52).
The successful bidder must furnish a performance security equivalent to 7.5% of the contract value.
The scope of work includes comprehensive O&M services, including preventive, corrective, condition-based, and breakdown maintenance for solar modules, inverters, transformers, HT switchyard equipment, breaker panels, and associated infrastructure.
It also includes module cleaning and replacement, transformer cleaning, maintenance of fire and safety equipment, control room operations, SCADA monitoring, and preparation of daily, monthly, and annual technical and generation reports.
The O&M contract will initially be for one year and may be extended annually at the corporation’s discretion for up to five years.
Bidders must have at least three years of experience either as an electricity utility or under contract with a government entity or public sector undertaking, and must have completed O&M work for ground-mounted solar plants totaling at least 5 MW.
They must have a minimum average annual turnover of ₹10 million (~$110,262) in the power sector, and a cumulative turnover of ₹30 million (~$330,786) over the past three years.
Performance requirements include maintaining a minimum annual capacity utilization factor of 14%.
In 2022, DNHDDPCL invited bids for the operation and maintenance of 4.3 MW of ground-mounted and 485 kW of rooftop solar projects in Dadra and Nagar Haveli for five years.
