CleanMax’s Q4 Revenue Up 29% on Higher Renewable Energy Sales

Clean energy solutions provider Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions’ income for the fourth quarter (Q4) of the financial year (FY) 2026 rose 29.2% year-over-year (YoY) to ₹6.40 billion (~$66.90 million) from ₹4.95 billion (~$51.79 million).

Revenue from the renewable energy sales rose to ₹3.69 billion (~$38.60 million) from ₹2.87 billion (~$30.02 million) a year earlier. Revenue from the renewable energy services increased to ₹1.85 billion (~$19.35 million) from ₹1.55 billion (~$16.21 million).

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) for the quarter stood at ₹3.50 billion (~$36.61 million), increasing 14.1% YoY from ₹3.06 billion (~$32.01 million).

The company reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹454 million (~$4.75 million), compared to ₹172 million (~$1.80 million) in the same quarter last year, a 163.5% increase.

Diluted earnings per share (EPS) rose to ₹5.02 (~$0.0525) from ₹2.20 (~$0.0230) a year ago.

CleanMax’s contracted renewable energy portfolio reached 5.7 GW as of March 31, 2026. Operational renewable energy capacity grew nearly 80% YoY to 3.1 GW from 1.7 GW. Contracted but unexecuted renewable energy capacity stood at 2.6 GW. Including the renewable energy services business, the company’s total contracted portfolio reached 6.5 GW.

Demand from data and AI customers accounted for 42% of CleanMax’s contracted renewable energy portfolio, representing 2,380 MW. The company said contracted capacity from this segment grew nearly 10 times between FY 2024 and FY 2026, from 254 MW to 2,380 MW.

FY 2026

For FY 2026, CleanMax reported a total income of ₹20.75 billion (~$217.05 million), up 28.9% YoY from ₹16.10 billion (~$168.41 million).

The renewable energy sales segment reported revenue of ₹13.99 billion (~$146.34 million) in FY 2026, up from ₹11.07 billion (~$115.79 million) in FY25. Renewable energy services revenue rose to ₹4.97 billion (~$51.99 million) from ₹3.77 billion (~$39.44 million).

EBITDA rose 27.5% YoY to ₹12.95 billion (~$135.46 million) from ₹10.15 billion (~$106.17 million).

PAT increased to ₹856 million (~$8.95 million) from ₹194 million (~$2.03 million) in FY 2025, representing a 340.5% increase.

For the full year, diluted EPS increased to ₹8.96 (~$0.0937) from ₹2.79 (~$0.0292).

The company guided annual commissioning volume to exceed 1.5 GW in FY 2027.

CleanMax had reported a total income of ₹4.66 billion (~$50.45 million) in Q3 FY 2026, up 13.9% YoY from ₹4.09 billion (~$44.28 million).

In February, CleanMax’s ₹31 billion (~$340.92 million) initial public offering was subscribed 0.94 times at the end of the bidding window.
