The Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (BERC) has approved the proposed energy accounting mechanism and revised power purchase agreement (PPA) for a 275 MW rooftop solar project proposed by South Bihar Power Distribution Company (SBPDCL) and North Bihar Power Distribution Company (NBPDCL).
