Terra Clean, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation, has invited bids to aggregate land for 100 MW intra-state transmission system (InSTS)-connected solar power projects in Banaskantha in Gujarat.

The tender also includes a greenshoe option up to 100 MW of InSTS-connected solar projects.

The last date to submit bids is October 15, 2025. Bids will be opened on the same day.

Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of ₹392,000 (~$4,416.12)

They must furnish the bidding fee of ₹15,000 (~$168.98) and tender document fee of ₹1 (~$0.01).

The project site is situated near the Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation’s 66 kV Sisrana substation, located in the Banaskantha district of Gujarat.

The project must be completed within eight months of issuing work order.

Bidders must have arranged land for solar, wind, or wind–solar hybrid projects, as well as grid-connected solar or wind parks, or a combination of all with a cumulative capacity of at least 20 MW in the previous seven years. At least one of the projects should have a minimum capacity of 10 MW.

Alternatively, they must have arranged land for any solar, wind, wind–solar hybrid, industrial, infrastructure, logistics, or warehousing (excluding residential) projects that cumulatively cover an area of at least 70 acres in the previous seven years. At least one of the projects must cover an area of at least 35 acres.

Successful bidders must have a positive net worth in the last financial year.

They must have a minimum annual turnover of ₹92.7 million (~$1.04 million) in the last five financial years.

In August 2025, Terra Clean issued a land aggregation tender for an ISTS-connected 300 MW solar project in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. The tender also included a greenshoe option for an additional 300 MW capacity.
