Rajasthan Tenders 30 MW Rooftop Solar Projects in Jodhpur and Pali

Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments (REIL) has invited proposals to set up rooftop solar projects with a cumulative capacity of 30 MW on state government buildings in Rajasthan.
The tender is divided into several projects with a cumulative 25 MW capacity in the Jodhpur district and 5 MW in the Pali district.
Bids must be submitted by June 17, 2025. Bids will be opened on June 18.
Bidders must submit a tender fee of ₹5,000 (~$58.48) and an earnest money deposit of ₹870,000 (~$10,187)/MW.
The tender’s estimated value is ₹1.7 billion (~$19.88 million).
The scope of work entails the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the projects. It also involves providing comprehensive operation and maintenance services for 25 years.
Selected bidders must transport all materials to the respective projects. They must also obtain insurance for third-party liability covering loss of human life, risks of damage, and theft of material/equipment/properties post the projects’ commissioning.
Only modules from the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers must be used in the projects.
Bidders must have designed, supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned at least one solar project with a minimum capacity of 5 kW in the last seven years. This project’s cumulative capacity must have been over 10% of the tender’s quoted capacity.
Bidders must have a minimum net worth of ₹6 million (~$70,192) and a minimum average annual turnover of ₹10 million (~$116,987.59).
Recently, REIL invited bids for rate contracts to set up 1.35 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar projects on government buildings in Uttar Pradesh.
Earlier, it invited bids for rate contracts to implement 1 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar systems on government buildings in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Maharashtra, Goa, and Chhattisgarh.
In April this year, REIL invited bids for rate contracts to develop 1.14 MW grid-connected rooftop solar projects on government buildings in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Puducherry, and Lakshadweep.
