The Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC) has issued the draft Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2026, proposing a framework for energy storage systems, including battery energy storage, for the control period from financial year (FY) 2028 to FY 2032.
