The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JSERC) has rejected a steel rope manufacturing company’s petition seeking recalculation of its Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO) liability by excluding electricity generated through its co-generation facilities and denied its request for a four-month extension to comply with the obligation.
