Jaipur DISCOM Invites Price Bids for 354 MW Solar Projects Under KUSUM

Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam (JVVNL) has issued four requests for price bids for grid-connected solar projects with a total capacity of 354 MW under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) – Component A.
Bids must be submitted by August 14, 2025. Bids will be opened on August 18.
The projects will be developed with associated 33 kV or 11 kV lines to connect to identified 33/11 kV substations and Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS).
Tender 1
This tender covers 116 MW projects in the Nokha division, Bikaner district circle’s DD-II. There are 58 project sites with individual capacities ranging from 1.50 MW to 2 MW.
Tender 2
This tender includes 102 MW projects in the Barmer district. There are 53 project sites with individual capacities ranging from 1.5 MW to 2MW.
Tender 3
This tender targets 56 MW in the Gudamalani division, Barmer circle. There are 25 project sites with individual capacities ranging from 1 MW to 2MW.
Tender 4
The tender is for 80 MW projects in the Jodhpur circle, Bilara division. There are 40 project sites with a capacity of 2 MW for each site.
The scope of work includes the design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and 25-year operation and maintenance, along with associated transmission lines and RMS installation.
Bidders must submit a processing fee of ₹2,950 (~$34.30) (inclusive of GST). Tariff bids must be quoted to three decimal places, with bids exceeding the ceiling tariff, which is fixed at ₹3.040 (~$0.035)/kWh.
In April this year, JVVNL floated 13 tenders for the expressions of interest of 1,200.7 MW grid-connected solar projects at various 33/11 kV sub-stations under Component A of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan program.
Bidders must be empaneled under the relevant EoIs.
