The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) has rejected the petitioner, Bureau of Energy Efficiency’s (BEE) claim seeking a penalty of ₹125.44 million (~$1.33 million) from the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) for non-compliance with energy accounting and audit requirements.
