<p>The second wave of the pandemic has been negatively impacting the cost of large-scale solar project development and management. There is also a surge in component prices, <a href="https://mercomindia.com/freight-charges-module-remain-high-six-months/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">adding</a> to the challenges.</p>
